TECH-PLAST is a family business founded by Małgorzata and Wojciech Bochiński. Its history dates back to the late 1990s, when the first plastics recycling line was launched in Bystrzyca, under the name EKO-PLAST.
Years of hard work, production growth, and responding to market needs led to the launch of a plastic injection molding facility.
In 2011, TECH-PLAST was founded, and the main branch was moved to modern facilities in Jelcz-Laskowice. Developments in injection molding technology have allowed for significant increases in quality and production scale, enabling the company to enter international markets.
In 2016, a tooling department specializing in the creation and regeneration of injection molds was established, equipped with modern CNC machines, EDM machines, a design office, and 3D printers. This has allowed TECH-PLAST to gain numerous clients both domestically and internationally.

Our mission is to create high-quality plastic products while striving for sustainable development and environmental protection.
Since 2018, we have been consistently modernizing our machinery, implementing modern, energy-efficient technological solutions. Currently, we utilize 10 injection molding machines with clamping forces ranging from 50 to 200 tons, producing over 70 million components annually.
Ecology is a key aspect for us – over 70% of the materials used in production are recycled.
Our development strategy focuses on further increasing the use of secondary raw materials, reducing energy and raw material consumption, and automating and digitizing production processes.
