The 20 mm open bracket is a product used in electrical installations. It has a wide range of applications, and its main purpose is to hold electrical installation pipes. Installation is very simple: drill a hole for the dowel in the place where you want to mount the bracket (wall or ceiling). Then, insert a mounting dowel of the appropriate diameter into the prepared hole and place the bracket in the desired location. Screw the bracket in place with a countersunk screw. The maximum screw diameter that can be used is 4 mm. The clip, which is fixed in the desired location, is ready for use. Take the previously purchased electrical conduit pipe in a size corresponding to the diameter of the bracket and press it firmly into the clip. Thanks to its design, the clip clamps onto the pipe, creating a rigid connection. The installation prepared in this way is suitable for placing the cable in protective pipes.

The holder should be placed at intervals of 50 cm for pipes with diameters up to 20 mm and 35-40 cm for pipes with diameters from 22 to 37 mm. The spacing of the clips should be selected according to the load associated with the cable laid inside the pipes.

The 20 mm open clip allows for connecting a series of clips of the same size. If more than one pipe is being installed, connect the appropriate number of clips by inserting one into the other with the side walls. When inserting the clips, press them to the same distance. The number of brackets that can be connected together is unlimited, and the connection does not affect the holding force of the pipes in any way.

The product is available in two colours: white and black. Other colours can be made to order for a minimum quantity of 5,000 pieces.
